No:58<br \/>\nAta\u015fehir \/ Istanbul \u2013 T\u00fcrkiye<\/p>\n<p>BUYER<\/p>\n<p>This customer is identified by the name\/title, billing and delivery address, email address, and phone number provided during the order process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the DSGNCONCEPT website, and the definition of the rights and obligations of the parties.<\/p>\n<p>The product&#039;s key features, quantity, selling price, any discounts, total price including taxes, delivery\/shipping cost, payment method, and other order-related information are shown in the order summary, pre-information form, and order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BUYER has the opportunity to review the Preliminary Information Form and the relevant sales terms and conditions and obtain the necessary information before placing an order.<\/p>\n<p>Completing the order electronically and authorizing the payment constitutes a declaration of intent to form a contract under applicable law. Contract and order records are stored electronically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The product&#039;s essential characteristics and pricing information for the order are displayed during the purchase process.<\/p>\n<p>No additional payment obligation can be imposed on the consumer without prior notification and explicit consent to the order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The product will be delivered within the timeframe specified during the order process or agreed upon by the parties.<\/p>\n<p>For products made to custom sizes, personalized items, or according to customer requests, production and delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the product and the information provided in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>In cases where no separate delivery period is specified, the maximum delivery period stipulated by applicable legislation is reserved. Special legal provisions regarding goods prepared according to the consumer&#039;s request or personal needs are also reserved.<\/p>\n<p>The seller is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs until the goods are delivered to the consumer, in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. BUYER&#039;S OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BUYER acknowledges that the order and delivery information is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n<p>If any visible damage is observed on the outer packaging of the product upon delivery, the BUYER is advised to notify the carrier and the SELLER as soon as possible, take photographs, and keep the packaging. This procedure does not negate the consumer&#039;s mandatory legal rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise provided in applicable legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.<\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal can be exercised even before delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The cancellation notice may be submitted to the SELLER in writing or via a durable data storage medium. The consumer may also use the cancellation form stipulated in the legislation or a statement clearly indicating the decision to cancel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in applicable legislation are reserved.<\/p>\n<p>An exception to the right of withdrawal may apply, particularly to products that are tailored to the consumer&#039;s requests or personal needs and that meet the legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>However, the fact that a product is manufactured to order does not, in itself, eliminate all consumer rights. Legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are reserved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedure, the SELLER will refund the amounts collected and the legally reimbursable delivery costs within the period stipulated by the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are, as a rule, processed using the same method of payment and without any additional cost to the consumer.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer is obligated to return the goods to the SELLER or to a person authorized by the SELLER within the legally prescribed period from the date of notification of cancellation; exceptions apply in cases where the SELLER offers to collect the goods themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibility for return shipping costs is determined according to the circumstances under which the right of withdrawal is exercised, the prior notification provided, and the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. DEFECTIVE AND NON-CONTRARY PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or not in accordance with the contract, the consumer reserves all optional and other legal rights arising from Law No. 6502 and related legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The SELLER shall provide repair, replacement with a faultless equivalent, price reduction, termination of the contract\/refund, or other legal remedy in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payment is processed through the authorized payment methods provided during the ordering process.<\/p>\n<p>The payment institution&#039;s own security, authentication, and transaction rules may also apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data processed during the order and contract process is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the DSGNCONCEPT KVKK Disclosure Statement, and the Global Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BUYER can first contact the SELLER via hello@dsgnconcept.com or 0850 888 8 440.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer reserves the right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration board, consumer court, or other competent authorities within the scope of applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding applications to consumer arbitration boards, the monetary limits and jurisdiction rules announced annually by the Ministry of Trade apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. APPLICABLE LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In T\u00fcrkiye, consumer transactions are governed by Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable Turkish legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as restricting the consumer&#039;s mandatory legal rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15.
