Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form regulates the information that must be provided to consumers in Türkiye before the conclusion of a contract and before payment is received in distance sales, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

IMPORTANT: This page explains the general legal framework. For each order, product, quantity, price, discount, tax, delivery, and payment information are displayed to the consumer on the checkout/order summary and stored along with the order record.

2. KEY FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT

The name of the product you wish to purchase, its basic specifications, dimensions, materials, surface/color options, quantity, and any personalization information will be displayed on the relevant product page and in the order summary.

For products manufactured to order with custom dimensions or personalization, the technical specifications approved by the customer are part of the order.

3. SALES PRICE AND PAYMENT

The product's sale price including all taxes, any discounts/promotions, quantity, subtotal, applicable taxes, delivery/shipping costs, and total amount payable will be shown on the checkout/order summary before payment.

Available payment methods are determined by the payment infrastructure offered for the transaction in Türkiye.

No additional payment beyond the product price will be requested without the consumer's explicit consent.

4. DELIVERY

The delivery address is provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery time is determined by the nature of the product, stock/production availability, and the estimated or promised time shown during the order process.

For products made to custom sizes, personalized items, or according to customer requests, the production time will be specified separately.

Where no separate deadline is specified, the maximum delivery time provisions of applicable legislation apply.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEES

The applicable shipping or delivery cost will be shown to the consumer on the checkout/order summary before the order is completed.

No additional payments can be imposed on the consumer that were not communicated to them prior to the order and that they have not explicitly consented to.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Unless there is an exception in the applicable legislation, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen days of delivery of the goods to themselves or to a third party they designate, without giving any reason.

The cancellation notice may be submitted to the SELLER in writing or via a durable data storage medium.

Detailed provisions regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal are included in the DSGNCONCEPT Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Exceptions provided for in applicable legislation are reserved.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs and that meet the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation.

Not every product manufactured to order is automatically exempt from the right of withdrawal. The nature of the product and applicable legislation are considered together.

8. DEFECTIVE AND NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

The consumer's rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved in case of defective or non-conforming products.

The consumer reserves the right to apply to a consumer arbitration board or consumer court, within the applicable monetary limits and jurisdictional rules.

10. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

Product and price information presented to the consumer prior to purchase is evaluated together with this general Pre-Information Form, order summary, relevant sales terms and conditions, and other applicable information.

Order records are stored electronically and retained for the periods stipulated by applicable law.

11. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and the DSGNCONCEPT KVKK Disclosure Statement. Regarding cookies and similar technologies, the Cookie Policy applies.
