As EVREN REKLAM VE TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (“DSGNCONCEPT”, “the Company” or “Data Controller”), we attach importance to the protection of your personal data within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation.
This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes, legal grounds, and recipients of personal data that may be transferred within the scope of the DSGNCONCEPT website, online sales channels, customer service, and commercial activities in Türkiye.

4. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

6. PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

In a purchase transaction in Türkiye, the contracting party is the seller, EVREN REKLAM VE TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. The fact that the DSGNCONCEPT brand operates internationally through DSGNCONCEPT STUDIO LLC in the UAE does not, by itself, mean that the customer's data in Türkiye is transferred to the UAE.
7. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Your personal data may be processed or transferred to service providers located within Turkey or, where necessary, abroad, for the purposes of processing payments, delivering orders, operating technical infrastructure, ensuring information security, providing customer service, communication, analytics, or similar services.
The transfer of personal data from Türkiye to abroad is carried out in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related secondary regulations.
8. DURATION OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is stored for the period required by the relevant processing purpose, as well as for the periods required by legal, commercial, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and information security obligations. At the end of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), data subjects may, within the framework of applicable legal conditions;
• to find out whether personal data is being processed,
• Request information regarding processing, if applicable.,
• learning the purpose of processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
• knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or internationally,
• Requesting corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

• requesting that any corrections, deletions, or deletions be notified to the transferred third parties.,
