When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we email your tracking number and it also appears on this page. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the production time of your piece and the destination country. The estimated transit time is shown next to each shipping option at checkout.
Will I pay customs duties?
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import regulations in the destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or additional charges arising from customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. DSGNCONCEPT is responsible for handing over shipments to the carrier and does not handle customs clearance procedures or cover any charges arising from them in the destination country. For information regarding customs procedures and potential charges, please contact your local customs authority.
Can I change my delivery address?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos of the package and the item and send them to us with your order number; we will get back to you as soon as possible.
